	2. Step 1: Trip Generation; determine how many trips each zone will produce and attract.  Trip distribution; takes the total productions/attractions from trip generation, and specifies both the start and ending points (OD matrix).  Mode choice; takes the OD matrix from trip distribution, and splits those trips among available modes.  Route choice; takes the driving OD matrix, and identifies which route people will take.
